Cancellation policy
More than 7 days before the event: full credit toward a future event.
Less than 7 days before the event: tickets are non-refundable.
Transfer: you may transfer your spot to a friend at any time, free of charge. Just contact us with their name.
Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know your intentions, and to provide the full contact information of any new participant.Zenderfull is not responsible for the resale of your ticket or its follow-up, and reserves the right to refuse any resale if the conditions are not conducive to the smooth running of the activity in terms of safety or organization.
Weather
We monitor the weather closely and will notify you by email if conditions for your outing are not favorable. About 2 days before the event, if the sky is too cloudy, you'll have two options:
Full refund minus a $5 administration fee.
Credit toward a future date within 120 days, no fee
Force majeure
There are sometimes unforeseen events, uncontrollable, from an external source, which we can do nothing about. Example: pandemics, earthquakes, natural disasters. These are cases of force majeure. Zenderfull will not conduct its business during a force majeure event. Zenderfull is not liable for the non-performance of its obligations in case of force majeure. Force majeure is defined as
Force majeure is defined as any situation that cumulatively meets the following three criteria
- exteriority, unpredictability and irresistibility.
Each criterion is defined as follows:
Externality: the event is external to the parties involved.
Unpredictability (in the occurrence of the event): it is considered that if an event is predicted, appropriate measures can be taken to avoid or limit the damage.
Irresistibility (in its effects): it indicates that the event is insurmountable, it is neither a simple impediment nor an increased difficulty (to honor a contract for example).
In case of force majeure, the activity, whatever its nature, will be suspended until the force majeure event is fully resolved. The activity will then be postponed without administrative fees, to a future date within 120 days. The participant's registration will automatically be moved to the next activity.
If the participant decides to cancel his or her participation without postponing the activity, he or she will be reimbursed according to our registration conditions and cancellation policies.
All participants agree to pay Zenderfull for any costs caused by the cancellation of their participation.

Conditions of registration
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are in good health in order to participate in the workshops, day events, weekend stays or international events at the time of registration and during the activity itself.
It is your sole responsibility to have the necessary equipment for the safe conduct of the activities. For example: good hiking shoes.
It is also your sole responsibility to inform us of any special health condition you may have such as allergies, medication or pregnancy. If your physical or mental condition changes between the time of registration and the beginning of the activity, it is your responsibility to inform us before the beginning of the activity.
It is also your responsibility to find out about the health requirements of international countries and to consult your doctor in order to prepare yourself to meet these requirements. Ex: Vaccines etc...
It is your responsibility for international retreats to have health insurance that covers the nature of the activities performed during your stay. For example: hiking, surfing.
Photography
During our events, we take pictures and videos with professional cameras. These photos and videos may be used in the future for promotional purposes for Zenderfull, unless you tell us that you do not want us to use the material that represents you. In this case, you grant us a royalty-free license to use the photo and video material.
